Their drummer(King Fowley) is this total maniac who in their heyday would singer and kill the drums at the same time but after blowing a blood vessel they got some one to take over. As far as i can tell they are the only Death Metal band to record w/ Don Zientara(who records most Dischord bands) this is most likely cause he is based in Virginia. I love to see time capsules of pure un-ironic Metal in the 80's and early 90's when things were more fun. Some typical things that happened in the 80's
Kids did hard drugs on a daily basis and tried to contact Satan(one scary dude told me he drew a pentagram on the floor with candles and when he placed his hand into it his fingers were all cut and bloody). This kid went to my middle school and put himself in a sleeper hold for some reason luckily he didn't die. This reminds me of Ghoulies or The Gate when Metal was frightening and I was impressionable(also 14).
My friend E. Korth had a metal babe for a sister who had Born Again- Sabbath,Defenders of The Faith-Priest, played D&D and was a total skank. Now who sounds like a real life Beavis and Butthead?
