The Coral Springs Mall

I used to go to Sids records at the Coral Springs mall in Florida. On the wall they had this Mudhoney bootleg(pictured) that was so hideous and revolting to me then.Actually I thought it was kinda funny and this Sex Pistols record with a blonde chick and dog poop(a terrible combination). These records stuck in my mind as icky record covers even though there have been alot worse since. There are alot of fond memories at that mall for me at the theater,bags of cheap candy,stealing records by putting 45 into larger record sleeves(i got caught one time trying to get a shadowy men single). Laughing at people hanging out at the batting cages. Going to the greasy diner next door that had really good muffins and baked goods,most really awesome diners have their own baked goods in florida(this is a thing of the past nowadays). And zero are in California. The Arcade had Altered Beast, which i got super far on a single quarter, almost beat the fucking thing! Terminator 2 with the rattling guns that constantly shoot at robots for hours on end. Spy Hunter the sit down version, Robocop the midway version that's really hard to find anywhere and the Nintendo version never measured up. I saw NightBreed there and freaked out when the only other person in the theater yelled out to me "Hey What time is it" all the way from the back seat. Ah late night memories...
